This quickstart takes you from a finished project to your first published website. You need a project archive (.zip or .tar.gz) of your built project — or a GitLab repository that Havic builds for you.

Sign in

Sign in and open Webseiten (Websites) in the sidebar. See Create an account & sign in.

Deploy your project

Click „Projekt bereitstellen” (Deploy project). Drag your archive into the field labeled „Archiv hierher ziehen oder klicken” (Drag archive here or click).Havic detects the framework automatically, suggests a build command and publish directory, and shows your project structure. Review the suggestions — the hint reads „Automatisch erkannt — vor dem Deploy prüfen.” (Auto-detected — check before deploying.)

Publish

Click „Bereitstellen” (Deploy). You’ll see progress by phase (Empfang → Auspacken → Build → Health → Fertig). At the end you’ll see „Seite ist live” (Site is live).

Open your website

Use „Seite öffnen” (Open site) to view your fresh website — initially at a name.havic.ch address.
Your website is live. Next you can connect a custom domain, review form submissions, or follow live traffic.
