Platform address: name.havic.ch
As soon as a website is live, it automatically gets an address of the form
name.havic.ch. The TLS certificate is issued automatically and on demand — there’s
nothing to set up.
Connect your own domain
Havic sets up the required DNS records automatically (write-through via the DNS provider). Your domain then points to your website and the certificate is issued automatically.1
Add the domain to the website
Open the website and add your domain under Domains (e.g.
example.ch).2
DNS is configured
Havic creates the required DNS records. If another provider manages your domain,
Havic shows you the values to enter.

Connection & certificate
Once the DNS records are active, Havic connects the domain and issues a TLS
certificate automatically. The Betriebsstatus (operating status) changes to
Aktiv (Active).

For each domain you also see the registrar, expiry date, days left until
renewal, and whether automatic renewal is on.
