With Havic forms you collect your website’s submissions without any server code. Havic detects forms automatically at deploy time and receives the submissions.

How forms are detected

On every deployment, Havic scans your page’s HTML. Detected forms appear under Formulare (Forms) with their origin:

Erkannt (Detected)

Found automatically from the HTML at deploy time.

Manuell (Manual)

Created by you.

Wire up your form

For Havic to receive submissions, point the form’s action at the form endpoint (Formular-Endpunkt) of your website. You’ll find the exact endpoint in the form’s detail view.
You can also set a „Benachrichtigung an” (Notify) email address to be informed of new submissions.

Manage submissions

In a form’s detail view, open the Einsendungen (Submissions) area. There you see the submitted fields and metadata per entry, and can filter by status:
Status (DE)EnglishMeaning
AusstehendPendingNewly received, not yet reviewed.
VerifiziertVerifiedMarked as genuine.
SpamSpamMarked as spam.
Use „Als verifiziert markieren” (Mark as verified) and „Als Spam markieren” (Mark as spam) to curate submissions. Per form you also see the count of new submissions and the last submission.
Havic includes built-in spam protection — suspicious submissions land in Spam automatically, keeping your inbox clean.
